How will the YM be organized?

Young Men will camp in groups, assigned at registration. Both adult and youth leaders will be trained and assigned to each group. Primary supervision/accountability of each YM (including their whereabouts throughout the day) will be the responsibility of leaders from their respective groups. Camper whereabout checks will be be conducted regularly ("All present or accounted for").

If YM from different groups decide to tent together, it must be with the agreement of, and in coordination with their respective group leaders, however the Stake will to the latter for ultimate responsibility/accountability.

At other than sleeping times, YM may be grouped according to age, skill level, or interests. However, unit leaders are still responsible for their YM as outlined above.
