Where is camp being held?
Pine Grove Furnace group site (A short drive from Camp Liahona.)
1100 Pine Grove Road, Gardners, PA
What kind of camping are we doing?
We are tent camping this year! Young Women will camp as wards with smaller units combining as needed.
*When do I arrive?
High adventure (see below for details) arrives on July 23 at 10:00am at Big Flats Appalachian Trail Parking Lot, Shippensburg Rd
Regular campers arrive on July 24 at 10:00am at Pine Grove Furnace 1100 Pine Grove Road, Gardners, PA (This is the address for the office. We will send out more detailed directions to the group campground.)
When do I get picked up?
Saturday, July 27 at 12:00pm at the Pine Grove Furnace Group Campground
What is the optional High Adventure activity?
The High Adventure option is a backpacking trip for ages turning 14 to 18. We will backpack on Wednesday (July 23), sleep on the trail at Tom's Run one night, and then backpack in to Pine Grove Furnace on Thursday afternoon.
Each young woman must carry their own pack and gear. A separate packing list will be distributed to those who register for the high adventure activity.
This activity is completely optional.
How much does camp cost?
Camp is free! The Stake is able to cover the cost of camp this year.
What should I pack?
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! We love it when you bring along a friend to camp. We just ask that they willingly abide by the camp rules and standards. Friends will need to register.

Make checks payable to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for $60 per YW

Deliver the check along with your Donation slip (tithing slip) with "YW Camp" written in the "other" section to the Bishopric.

NOTE: We are unable to fund this digitally at this time

Please make payment ASAP so we will have the needed funds to purchase food, camp supplies etc.

If you have concerns regarding the expense for camp, please talk with your Bishop.
